Brands and Products

We currently carry over 100+ well-known Korean cosmetic brands and health brands at competitive wholesale prices. We also regularly update our products list to cater to market demands.

If you cannot find the brand or product you are looking for, please contact us. Tell us what brand you are looking for and we will do our best to source it for you. You can send us the product’s photo or name found at the official brand’s website. Please provide a list with the quantity of each product you would like to order.

We can only provide product photos and other promotional materials for the selected Korean brands that supply these to us.

Yes, you can place an order mixing cosmetics and health products. We will use the total weight of the combined products in your order to determine the shipping fee.

If you can’t find the product expiry date in the quotation that we sent you, please request it by sending us an email.

We can provide the product samples for the brands that manufacture those. If you can’t find the product samples in the quotation list, please request it by sending us an email.

We can only provide product MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet)/INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients)/Other Certificates for the selected Korean brands that supply these to us.

How to order

Should you contact us for the first time, please use the contact page and send us your inquiry with your contact info. When you are ready to place an order, please send us an email to: cs@damoaglobal.co.kr

If all items are in stock, we can ship out in 3 to 5 working days otherwise we have to order goods from the supplier and may take 7 to 10 working days. We will do our best to get your goods ready and ship out as soon as possible. If one of your products is out of stock, we will wait for all products to be ready so that your shipment can be dispatched in one shipment. We are renowned to have the shortest lead time amongst Korean cosmetics and health products wholesale suppliers.

MOA means Minimum Order Amount and MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. Unlike most cosmetics and health products wholesale companies, which often require a buyer to purchase large quantities or a significant amount, we have a minimum order amount of only US$500 per order. If you have any questions about MOA/MOQ, Please feel free to contact us.

Box quantity refers to the number of product pieces contained in one box. You can find this data in the quotation list that we provide upon your request. Please note that the given wholesale price on the order sheet indicates the price of one product not the whole box.

Unfortunately no. Everything is delivered upon receiving your order and they all require MOQ. If we do not meet the MOQ, we will not be able to get the stock, hence not be able to ship the items. W advise you to place an order according to the box quantity for easier handling and safer packing.

The supply rate is a percentage discount (%) off the retail price to receive the wholesale price. For example: If a product’s retail price is USD 100.00 and supply rate is 45% - The price you pay will be calculated as follow: USD 100.00 * 45% = USD 45.00 (your wholesale price).

In order to inquire for wholesale prices or any business offer that you want to share with us, please go to the Contact Us section to send us your message.

No, you don’t need to have a wholesale account or membership to access wholesale supply prices and to receive the order sheet. Please feel free to send us your inquiry regarding the wholesale purchase through the Contact Us section at our website.

You can always update or cancel your order unless you have already made a deposit and your order is being processed. Once the deposit is made and the order is under processing or it's ready, you are unable to cancel or refund.

If you can’t find a certain product, please add that product name and the amount you need below the quotation list for our reference.

Our company communicates with customers in various ways, including phone, email, and social network messaging. In particular, we are committed to answering product or order questions as soon as possible. Please allow us 24 hours for a reply from our staff.

Payment Terms and Conditions

We accept Bank transfers and PayPal

We accept USD(United States Dollar) for overseas transaction.

You need to pay a 50% deposit after we confirm the order. The remaining 50% balance amount is to be paid when the shipment is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse.

The sender (customer) will bear all applicable transfer fees because we need to receive the exact amount stated in the Proforma Invoice. Please ensure that before wiring your transfer you have included all applicable bank charges in addition to total invoice amount.

Yes, PayPal Checkout allows a user to pay with their credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account.

We also provide Telegraphic Transfer (TT) as a payment option.

You are obliged to settle your final payment as soon as possible once the final invoice has been issued. We will store your goods for a week without any charge but afterward, you have to pay warehousing fees on a daily basis. In the worst case, if you do not pay within a month, your goods will be sold at a discounted price and your funds will be redeemed. You will not be able to get any refund.

If you need to refund the order, we strongly recommend to keep the fund as credit and to use it for any order in the future. If you want to get the refund in the worst case, you should bear for the transfer fee. We will refund the exact amount we received regardless of the net amount you will receive after any transfer charges by the banks or PayPal. All USD or HKD payments will be refunded via PayPal only.

In case of any dispute or claim about products, payment, shipping or others, you must contact us to report and discuss the problem within one month of transaction time. Afterward, all transactions are assumed to be settled and any dispute or claim will not be accepted.

Shipping & Tracking

Following are the general shipping methods:

The final shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment. We can provide the exact shipping cost once the goods are prepared for shipping. Otherwise we can only give you a rough estimate shipping cost.

With regards to air and ocaen cargo, please make an inquiry to your forwarder for the tracking. In case of couriers and EMS express, please use the courier’s official website for the tracking.

There are NO custom duties & fees included in the order total amount. These terms and values are completely different from country to county and we cannot handle this. If there are several boxes to be shipped, we may send each box to different addresses upon your request.

If you happened to receive wrong products by mistake, please take the picture of carton outer side, wrong products received and send us via email within 7 days after receiving your order. We will investigate and handle it as soon as possible. Sometimes, products are renewed and their packing is changed or they have an additional gift item along. Such cases are not considered as wrong items.

We provide shipping to all over the world.

No. we do not put invoices in the carton. We will send the invoices to you by email.

Yes! We can deliver locally in Korea to your forwarder or hotel – We will calculate the local shipment delivery fee and will provide you the related delivery fee. Once the goods are delivered to them, you have to deal with your forwarder directly afterward.

EMS Express, DHL, FedEx/TNT and by air freight takes about 3-5 days to reach most countries. Usually your order arrives within ~7 days anywhere in the world unless it’s held by the custom office. With regards to the ocean freight, please inquire to your forwarder for an detailed delivery time.

We can deliver your order within Korea to your forwarder warehouse. After that you will need to deal with your shipping forwarder yourself.

We try our best to provide a very safe, secure, and extra protected packing for all overseas shipments to make sure that the goods arrive with you safe in a good condition.
